Today: open it and it tells you what to do

No scrolling through lists to work out where to start. The page is built around the next thing to do, with the rest of the day laid out beside it.

Today on a school night: the Now card for a Chemistry prac report, a heads-up table and what’s due soon
Today at 9 pm on a school night. The Now card points at the Chemistry prac report, because it’s due Friday and the results section is the biggest part left.

Plan: a study timetable that builds itself

Your school week is already a timetable. Plan adds the rest: homework, revision, sport, tutoring and sleep, on one grid you can read at a glance.

A week on a time grid

Days down the side, time across the top. School periods are shaded, study blocks take their subject’s colour (Chem Methods Lit), and commitments like sport or tutoring sit as outlined blocks the plan works around.

Each day shows how much study is planned, so a heavy Thursday is obvious before it happens.

The Planner suggests, you decide

Bigger changes, like next week’s plan, arrive as a before-and-after table: each block that moves, is added or is taken out, with Accept or Skip on every row, and a reason behind an info dot.

Small fixes happen straight away, with Undo right there. Nothing important changes silently.

Every way to look at your time

Switch views from the tabs at the top of Plan. The week is where most planning happens; the term view is where you see assessments coming before they arrive.

Built for real school days

Plans fall apart. These are the situations the app already handles, each with its own screen.

How the plan handles real situations
WhenWhat the plan does
You’re brand newThe first weeks plan to learn about you: blocks like “Add your Chemistry task sheet” or a 10-minute Physics check-in, instead of guessing topics. The plan gets more detailed as it learns.
You’re home from schoolAn “I’m home” check-in asks what’s on tonight, then shapes the evening.
The week doesn’t fitIt says how much doesn’t fit and asks what can move, instead of cramming it in past bedtime.
You’re sickRest first. Nothing is owed today, and tonight’s blocks move to later in the week.
Exams are comingThe Planner offers an exam ramp: more revision, fewer new topics, as each exam gets closer.
You’re away for a few daysPick the days on a calendar, add a reason, and the plan works around them.
It’s the holidaysA holiday pace, with something light if you want it and nothing if you don’t.
