Getting started

Two ways in, for now. Look around Sam’s week in the preview, with no account, or join the beta list and we’ll email you when the beta starts.

Try the preview first

Try the preview runs the real app in your browser. You set up as a new student, the Manager shows you around, and then the app fills with the week of Sam Reyes, a fictional Year 11 student with school, homework, sport and assessments. No account needed, and nothing you do is saved.

A good tour:

  1. Read the Now card on Today, then press Start.
  2. Open Plan and look at the week.
  3. Switch Tasks to Table, then Board.
  4. Ask the Manager to move something, then press Undo.
  5. Open To confirm and History.

Feedback, at the top of every screen, sends us what you liked and what confused you.

Every school’s bells are different

The timetable step takes any number of periods and breaks, different times on different days, and Week A and B. Type it into the table, or tell the chat beside it and watch the table fill in.

Setup: the timetable editor with each day’s periods and a chat beside it

Your first few weeks

A new account doesn’t have much to plan around yet, so the plan starts by learning about you.

Early blocks gather what the Planner needs, like “Add your Chemistry task sheet” or a 10-minute Physics check-in, instead of guessing topics. As you add task sheets, notes and marks, the plan gets more specific.
